Description

This is a classic grilling method with spices that works well not only for chicken but also for other types of meat and fish. The dish is very simple to prepare, but keep in mind that it will appeal only to those who enjoy spicy flavors.

Ingredients

  • Chicken bones 8 pieces
  • Corn Cobs 2 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
  • Ground Cumin 0 oz
  • Paprika 0 oz
  • Cayenne Pepper 0 oz
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For this dish, you can use different parts of the chicken — legs, thighs, or wings. Remove excess fat from the chicken but leave the skin. Make cuts in the thickest parts so that the spices can penetrate.

Step 2

Remove the husks from the corn cobs, rinse them under cold water, and pat them dry with a paper towel. Then cut the cobs into thick pieces.

Step 3

Mix all the spices listed in the recipe. Brush the pieces of chicken and corn with melted butter and sprinkle them with the spice mixture.

Step 4

Preheat the barbecue or grill. Brush the grill grate or surface with oil, place the corn and chicken on it, and cook for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
