Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Canned Corn 1 can
- Red Curry Powder 1 teaspoon
- Corn Flour for Polenta 4 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half, then scoop out the seeds and dice them. Prepare the corn. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the corn and tomatoes, then add the curry powder. Add the flour and cheese. Then mix the resulting mixture.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, and mix well. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and place the mixture in it.
Step 3
Bake for about half an hour at 160–340°F. The casserole should become golden and firm. Let it cool, remove from the dish, and serve.
