Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ham 0 oz
- Emmental cheese 0 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
- Salted Butter 3 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Thinly slice the cheese and ham, place them on one chop, cover with the second chop, and set aside.
Step 2
Prepare 3 plates. Pour flour on the first plate, pour lightly beaten egg on the second plate, and place breadcrumbs on the third plate. Dredge the chop in flour, then dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium heat, heat the canola oil and butter. Fry the prepared chop until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal!
