Ingredients
- Veal Mince 5 oz
- Conchiglie Pasta 15 pieces
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Minced garlic 2 spoons
- Dried Chamomile 3 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for 15-20 seconds. Add the minced meat and cook until fully done.
Step 2
Cook the conchiglie until al dente.
Step 3
Mix the minced meat with a small amount of grated cheese. Carefully spoon the meat and cheese mixture into the conchiglie.
Step 4
Place the stuffed shells in a deep baking dish.
Step 5
Whip the sour cream with the heavy cream, then add salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Pour this mixture over the conchiglioni.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top and leave for an additional 5-7 minutes.
