Ingredients
- Cod fillet 25 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly salt the cod fillet, cut it into pieces, and sauté.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, cut the bell pepper into strips, and slice the tomatoes thinly.
Step 3
Sauté the vegetables in a separate pan, simmer a bit, adding salt and spices.
Step 4
Cover the sautéed cod fillet with the vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Mashed potatoes or rice make a great side dish.
