Cod with Shallots in Mustard
Ingredients
- Cod fillet 15 oz
- Shallot 4 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the shallots, place them in a multicooker bowl, add a tablespoon of water, and keep on the 'Stew' setting for 5–10 minutes until the water evaporates and the shallots become translucent.
Step 2
Place the cod fillet on top.
Step 3
Mix the cottage cheese with mustard and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and pour the resulting sauce over the fish fillet. Bake on the 'Bake' setting for 30 minutes.
Step 4
After the cooking cycle is complete, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve the dish hot.
