Cod with Onions and Potatoes in Tomato Sauce
Main Dishes • World
Description
For this recipe, use any fish, but make sure it is boneless. Even the driest fish will be juicy thanks to the addition of tomato juice and baking it in the oven under a layer of potatoes. The readiness of the dish can be determined by the doneness of the potatoes. If desired, you can add pepper or herbs. Remember that fish seasoning contains salt, so when salting the dish, it’s better to slightly reduce the amount of plain salt or omit it altogether. You can add more salt to taste when serving.
