- Cod fillet 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater and lightly squeeze out the excess moisture. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and mix well.
Step 2
Cut the cod fillet into 4 pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat in flour.
Step 3
Spread the prepared potato mixture on both sides of the fillet. Fry in clarified butter for 3 minutes on each side, then drain on paper towels. Serve with fresh vegetables.
