Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Coat 2 pieces of cod fillet, each weighing 200 grams, in a mixture of curry, yogurt, salt, and pepper. Remove the leaves from the parsley stems.
Step 2
Heat a large non-stick skillet and add a little olive oil, then add a small piece of butter. Place the fillet in the skillet skin-side down. During cooking, spoon hot oil over the fish to create a crispy crust. Cook the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.
