Ingredients
- Cod fillet 6 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Butter 4 pieces
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fish fillet into portion-sized pieces and place them in a deep skillet.
Step 2
Sprinkle the fillet with chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place on the heat, adding water to halfway up the sides of the skillet.
Step 4
Meanwhile, boil the eggs hard.
Step 5
Simmer the cod on low heat for 20 minutes from the moment it starts boiling.
Step 6
Add more salt if necessary. Sprinkle with chopped boiled eggs and add pieces of butter.
Step 7
Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and steam for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
