- Grapefruits 5 oz

- Lingonberry 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the cod fillet with salt, coat the entire surface with lingonberry syrup, squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
Step 2
Grill the prepared fillet until cooked or bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 3
Dice the vegetables into small cubes (3–4 mm), separate the grapefruit flesh from the membranes, finely chop the cilantro, combine everything, add salt and olive oil.
Step 4
Divide the cooked fish into portions and serve with the salsa.
