Ingredients
- Cod 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cod into steaks about 2–3 cm thick and pat dry with a towel.
Step 2
Chop the parsley. Crush the unpeeled garlic with a knife, place it in a skillet with well-heated oil, and fry for 1–2 minutes.
Step 3
Season the cod steaks with salt and pepper, place them in the skillet with the garlic oil (discard the garlic), and fry each side for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Before flipping the steaks, sprinkle them with chopped parsley.
