- Cod fillet 15 oz
- Onion ½ piece
- Egg white 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Make a coarse mince from the cod in a food processor using the chopping blade.
Step 2
Finely chop half of a small onion.
Step 3
Mix the minced fish, chopped onion, egg, flour, salt, and lemon zest.
Step 4
With damp hands, shape the mixture into balls the size of a large plum.
Step 5
Quickly fry the balls in well-heated vegetable oil in a pan for about 2–3 minutes.
Step 6
Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 15–20 minutes.
