Cod fillet with a crust of walnuts and Parmesan.
Ingredients
- Cod fillet 20 oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
- French Baguette ½ pieces
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese, walnuts, butter, the zest and juice of half a lemon, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Place the cod fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush it with vegetable oil. Spread the nut mixture evenly over the fish.
Step 3
Place in a convection oven preheated to 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the cooked fish with your favorite vegetable salad.
