- Corn Nacho Chips 0 oz
- Cod fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Shallot 1 head
- Pickles 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Pour the chips into a bag and crush them.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Place the fish on it and season with salt. Spread a thick layer of mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with crushed chips to completely cover the fish.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the remaining ¼ cup of mayonnaise, chopped shallot, finely chopped pickles, lemon juice, and mustard. Mix well and serve with the fish.
