  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise 10 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the fillet into small pieces (cubes or rectangles, like herring).

Step 2

Chop the onion into small cubes.

Step 3

Mix the mayonnaise, eggs, and flour. Whip thoroughly with a mixer. The batter should have the consistency of sour cream. If the batter is too thin, add more flour.

Step 4

Add the fish and onion to the prepared batter.

Fry over low heat in sunflower or olive oil, carefully pouring our mixture into the skillet with a ladle or spoon.
