- Cod fillet 20 oz
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 10 fl oz

Prepare the sauce: sauté the flour with the butter, gradually pour in the hot milk, and simmer on low heat for a couple of minutes. Reserve some sauce for the finished dumplings.
Step 2
Pass the cleaned cod fillet through a meat grinder several times, add the sauce, egg yolk, whipped egg whites, salt, and pepper. Mix everything gently. Form small dumplings from the mixture, drop them into a saucepan with boiling water, and cook on low heat until done.
Step 3
Drizzle with sauce.
