- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cod Mince 15 oz
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Salt a pinch
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the mince, egg, pepper, salt, flour, and mayonnaise. The resulting mixture should not fall apart; if it is not homogeneous enough, add more flour.
Step 2
Add finely chopped onion and carrot to the resulting mince, mix well. Form cutlets.
Step 3
Before frying, roll in a small amount of semolina. Fry on both sides, then pour a little water into the pan, cover with a lid, and steam until cooked, about 20 minutes.
