Ingredients

  • Parmesan Cheese 10 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Herbs 1 bunch
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Cod 25 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean and wash the cod, cut it into several pieces.

Step 2

Season the cod with salt and pepper, add spices to taste, and coat with mayonnaise. Place the pieces on foil on a baking sheet.

Step 3

Grate the cheese, chop the herbs, and dice or slice the tomatoes as desired.

Step 4

Sprinkle the cod pieces with cheese inside and on top, add the herbs, and place the tomatoes on top.

Step 5

Add whole black pepper and bay leaf to taste. Wrap the foil to prevent the juices from leaking during baking. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes at 355°F in closed foil, then slightly open the foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes at 180-390°F.
