Ingredients
- Cod fillet 15 oz
- Carrot 0 oz
- Courgette 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Mizukan Sauce 0 fl oz
- Cilantro to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Fish Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, mitsukan, and fish broth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Julienne the carrots and zucchini, then pour the sauce over them and let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cod on parchment paper, pour the marinade with vegetables over it, add herbs, and fold the parchment into an envelope. Send it to the oven preheated to 355°F for 7–10 minutes.
