- Stilton Cheese 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chopped Walnuts 0 oz
- Apricots 0 oz

Step 1
Grate or mash the Stilton cheese in a small bowl.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter until creamy. Then add the Stilton cheese.
Step 3
Divide into small ceramic molds and smooth the top.
Step 4
Mix the dried chopped apricots with the walnuts and place on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator or freeze in the freezer.
Step 6
In the refrigerator, the shelf life is 1 week, and in the freezer – 2 months.
