Ingredients
- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz

- Ham 5 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 15 oz
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Bay leaf 3 pieces
- Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the diced ham in a pan for 3 minutes. Add finely chopped onion, carrot, celery, and garlic, cover with a lid, and cook for another 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Step 2
In the same pan, brown the ground beef, combine it with the prepared mixture, add tomato paste, and after 2 minutes, add the bay leaf, nutmeg, red wine, and broth. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 1 hour, gradually adding milk to the sauce.
Step 3
Mix the finished sauce with pasta cooked in salted water and serve.
