- Red Grape Juice 1 cup
- Campbell's Beef Broth 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the slices of bread in a food processor.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the beef, pork, lard, chopped ham, parsley, oregano, fennel seeds, red pepper, cumin, cloves, and the processed bread. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with your hands and set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, milk, and beaten eggs. Add the mixture to the meat and mix well. Chill for one hour.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 300°F. Form the meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet greased with oil. In a deep skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Sear the meatballs. Place all the meatballs in the skillet, pour in the wine, and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 5
Add the tomato puree and broth, bring to a boil, and cover the skillet. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 1.5 hours. Serve the meatballs on a plate, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve with bread or spaghetti. Enjoy your meal!
