Chykhyrtma with Chicken and Eggplant
Ingredients
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Cilantro 3 tablespoons
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Place in a deep skillet and simmer in water until cooked through.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté until golden brown. Add the chicken and the remaining liquid from cooking the chicken. Add spices.
Step 3
Cut the eggplant into half-rings, salt, and fry. Place in a baking dish. Then layer the chicken with onions on top. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin, chop, and place on the chicken.
Step 4
Beat the eggs. Chop the herbs, mix with the eggs, and pour over the dish. Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes.
