- Chinese Cabbage 25 oz
- Peanut Oil 1 tablespoon
- Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot.
Step 2
Meanwhile, trim the choy sum. Blanch the greens in boiling water until tender (about 1 minute).

Drain in a colander and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring, until golden brown.

Add the soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of water; simmer for 1 minute.
