Description

Serve with grilled vegetables, lentils, or buckwheat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 15 oz
  • Spanish onions 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream ½ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the turkey fillet and chop it into small cubes. Place the chopped meat in a pot or a deep bowl.

Step 2

Chop the red onion into small cubes and place it in a small bowl. Pour boiling water over the onion and let it sit for 3–5 minutes to remove the strong bitterness.

Step 3

Drain the onions in a colander and let the water drip off. Add the onions to the chopped meat. Mix well.

Step 4

Add salt, pepper, and basil to the meat and onion mixture. Drizzle with white balsamic vinegar to enhance the flavor of the meat and give the patties more fluffiness. Mix well.

Step 5

Let the minced meat rest for 15–20 minutes.

Step 6

Add a raw chicken egg to the meat. Mix well. Heat a skillet with a small amount of oil (sunflower or olive oil). Don't skimp on the oil to prevent the patties from being dry.

Step 7

Using a tablespoon to shape the patties, place them in the skillet. The average frying time on each side is about 7–10 minutes over medium heat.
