Chopped Schnitzel
Ingredients
- Meat 20 oz
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Rinse the meat, remove tendons, and pass it through a meat grinder or chop it with a knife. Add salt and pepper, and shape it into 5-6 oval schnitzels about 0.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Coat the prepared schnitzels in breadcrumbs and fry in a preheated pan with oil for 5-6 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, or vegetables. Drizzle the schnitzel with oil.
