- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Dill 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the chopped fillet and cheese, and add 2 eggs.

Add salt.
Step 5
Add pepper.
Step 6
Add finely chopped dill.
Step 7
Add 3 tablespoons of flour. Mix well.
Step 8
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and spoon the cutlet mixture into the pan.

Fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 5–7 minutes per side.
