Description

It might not be right to substitute ingredients, and the dish itself is very simple and quick to prepare. So it's definitely not a culinary masterpiece. But it saves me every time I come home tired, and there’s nothing in the fridge except a couple of eggs and a small piece of cheese. I hope this recipe helps you someday too. And the most important thing is that it turns out very delicious. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Potato protein 2 tablespoons
  • Greens 1 bunch
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken fillet. Chop it into small cubes.

Step 2

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Finely chop the greens. I prefer to use a mix of parsley and dill. But you can add any greens you like.

Step 4

Mix the chopped chicken fillet, cheese, greens, and egg.

Step 5

Add salt and spices. I use a spice mix (a small pinch of each): dried minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, turmeric. You can skip them entirely or replace them with something else, like black ground pepper.

Step 6

At the very end, add the potato starch. Mix thoroughly.

Step 7

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 8

The 'cutlet mixture' will be quite liquid. Grab a large spoon. This is what we will use to place the future cutlets onto the hot skillet.

Step 9

Fry the chicken 'pancakes' on both sides until they are appetizingly golden brown in the skillet without a lid. It's better not to keep them too long, as the cutlets are thin and will quickly lose their juiciness.
