Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Parsley 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, finely chop the herbs, mix everything together, add the egg, flour, and soy sauce, and stir.
Step 2
In a preheated skillet (I fry in olive oil), place the mixture (in thin pancakes) and fry on both sides.
