Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Parsley 2 sprigs
- Dill 2 sprigs
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Turmeric a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the chicken fillet in the freezer for 20 minutes to make it easier to slice. Then cut it into small pieces.
Step 2
Finely chop the dill and parsley.
Step 3
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 4
Combine the chopped chicken with cheese, herbs, egg, sour cream, and flour. Add salt, pepper, and turmeric.
Step 5
Tightly cover the filling with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 7
Shape the patties and place them in the skillet.
Step 8
Fry over medium heat for 7–8 minutes on each side.
