Chopped Beefsteak with Egg
Main Dishes • American
Description
Usually, this was a tough, dry patty, but it can be made more than palatable by using the techniques of a good burger.
Ingredients
- Beef Shank 1⅕ kg
- Fatty Beef 5 oz
- Eel 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Pickled Cauliflower 3 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 6 pieces
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Cut the beef into small cubes.
Step 3
Season with salt, pour in soy sauce, add pepper, and refrigerate for two hours. The salt and sauce will be absorbed by the meat, helping to bind the protein so that the patty doesn't fall apart.
Step 4
Pass the meat and fat through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Wrap the filling in plastic wrap, making sure the strands do not intertwine, shape it into a thick sausage, and refrigerate for another three hours.
Step 6
Cut the minced meat into patties 1.5 to 2 cm thick.
Step 7
Sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides, then place in a preheated oven at 355°F for five minutes.
Step 8
Sauté six eggplants in butter.
Step 9
Chop the lettuce into thin strips and arrange on plates.
Step 10
Top the salad with a patty, a few slices of tomato and cucumber, cover with a fried egg, and season with salt and pepper.
