Ingredients
- Bitter 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Mint to taste
- Vanillin to taste
- Chocolate Gingerbread Cookies to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the milk until hot, but do not boil.
Step 2
Soak the gelatin in it, stir well, and let it swell (according to the instructions on the package).
Step 3
Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Step 4
On low heat, warm the cream together with the chocolate, vanillin, and sugar.
Step 5
Stir until the chocolate melts and the sugar completely dissolves. Make sure the cream does not boil (the ideal temperature should be 140°F).
Step 6
Once the chocolate has melted, remove it from the heat and pour in the gelatin (through a fine sieve), stirring well. Pour the chocolate cream into cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 7
Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs (this can be done in a blender or with a rolling pin).
Step 8
Sprinkle the set dessert with a layer of crushed cookies and place a sprig of mint in the center.
Step 9
You get a delicious, delicate, and very beautiful dessert with quite an appealing and somewhat unusual appearance. Serve.
