- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Wash the chicken, cut it along the breast, place it back side up, and press down firmly on all the bones and joints. Rub a mixture of salt and pepper over the top and under the skin.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and butter, place the chicken in, and weigh it down. Fry over medium heat for about 15 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Remove the chicken from the skillet. Place it in a baking dish.
Step 4
In the skillet where the chicken was fried, pour in the milk, add a little salt, crush the garlic, add the sour cream, bring to a boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 430°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit) for 5–10 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a serving dish, drizzle with sauce, and serve.
