Ingredients
- Zander fillet 25 oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate portioned pieces of skinless and boneless zander fillet (1 piece per serving) for 10–15 minutes in soy sauce mixed with vegetable oil, finely chopped ginger, ground black pepper, and salt.
Step 2
Then coat the pieces of fish in flour, brush with beaten egg, and coat again in breadcrumbs, then fry in hot oil.
Step 3
Drain the cooked fish, cut into pieces, and place on a plate. Serve the black pepper mixed with salt separately.
