Ingredients
- Bread Kvass 10 fl oz
- Canned Crabs 0 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Sour Cream 0 oz
- Chicken Egg ½ piece
- Sugar 0 oz
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut fresh cucumbers into short strips, chop green onions and hard-boiled eggs, and cut the crab into pieces.
Step 2
Use the juice from the crab by adding it to the kvass.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine sour cream with eggs, green onions, sugar, and salt, mix well, and dilute with chilled kvass.
Step 4
Add the remaining prepared chilled ingredients to the mixture and stir again.
Step 5
When serving, sprinkle the chilled soup with dill.
Step 6
If preparing a large quantity of the soup, combine all the prepared ingredients with sour cream, add a little kvass, and keep in the refrigerator (or on ice).
Step 7
When serving, place a portion of the ingredients with sour cream in a bowl, pour in the cold kvass, and sprinkle with dill.
