- Red Long Chili Peppers 8 pieces
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Leek 4 stalks
- Shrimp 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sherry 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Boil the eggs and shrimp.
Step 3
Thoroughly wash the leek, slice it into rings, and place it in a skillet. Sauté until soft, then add the sherry, evaporate the alcohol, and let the leek cool.
Step 4
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Place the leek, shrimp, and eggs in a blender and blend until minced.
Step 6
Stuff the peppers and place them in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
