- Mild Chili Spice 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Beef 5 oz
- Fish Oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Oyster Mushrooms ½ teaspoon
- Shallot 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice 3 tablespoons
- Fresh basil leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or a regular frying pan. Sauté finely chopped garlic until golden, add chili and fry for about 1 minute. Add the beef, cut into thin strips, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and salt, stirring slowly.
Step 2
Pour in the water and simmer the meat for a few minutes until it becomes tender. Stir in the chopped shallot, chili pepper, and basil. Continue frying for another 30 seconds, then remove from heat and serve with rice.
