- Chickpeas 15 oz
- Canned Mango 5 oz
- Sumac 1 tablespoon
- Tomato 1 piece
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Drain the chickpeas in a colander and transfer them to a pot; cover with water by 5 cm, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and cook covered for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Step 2
Drain the water, transfer the chickpeas to a medium bowl, add the mango, sumac, tomato, salt, and pepper; let it sit for 30 minutes and serve.
