  • Olive Oil 1 cup
  • Rosemary 1½ tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Combine the flour, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, salt, and 1 cup of water in a medium bowl, mixing until smooth; cover and let the batter rest at room temperature for 2 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the oven and place a baking dish inside for 10 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the dish, pour in half of the batter, tilting the dish for even distribution.

Step 3

Bake until crispy and golden brown for about 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining rosemary, salt, cumin, and pepper; repeat the same steps with the remaining oil, batter, and spices.
