Ingredients
- Chickpea 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Green Peas 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the onion and carrot until golden brown. Add them to the boiled chickpeas and broth, season with salt, and blend the mixture until smooth. Stir in the green peas and mix well.
Step 2
Form patties and coat them in flour. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the patties in a preheated oven at 390°F for 10–15 minutes.
