  • White bread 4 pieces
  • Ground meat 20 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Parsley 1 bunch
  • Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Onion 1 head
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the mushrooms and onion and sauté until cooked. Boil the egg and chop it. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, egg, and chopped herbs, and season.

Step 2

Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze out the excess. Add the soaked bread and beaten eggs to the ground chicken, season, and mix thoroughly until homogeneous.

Step 3

Divide the mixture into patties, place filling in the center of each, and seal. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry over moderate heat until cooked through.
