Chicken Zrazy with Cottage Cheese and Spinach
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Bran 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 piece
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 oz
- Spinach to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the fillet (or make minced meat). Grate the onion or chop it very finely. Combine the meat, egg, onion, bran, salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly; if the mixture is too wet and the patties do not hold together, you can add another tablespoon or two of bran.
Step 2
If the spinach is frozen, it should be thawed and squeezed out; if fresh, sauté it in a pan. Mash the cottage cheese and spinach together with a fork, crush the garlic into the mixture, season with salt to taste, and mix. Shape the patties with the filling and fry them in a small amount of oil or you can bake them in the oven on parchment paper (without oil). They can also be prepared in a steamer.
