Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 25 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Bacon 15 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Since cooking takes 5 seconds, preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Cut the meat into strips along the length of the breast, about the thickness of a finger. Tightly wrap each strip in bacon. Place the strips in a baking dish (no need to grease the dish).
Step 3
Mix honey, mustard, and lemon juice (you can add pepper to taste). Brush this mixture over each wrapped piece.
Step 4
Send it to the oven and bake until fully browned.
