- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Drumstick 18 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Yogurt powder 10 fl oz
- Champagne Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 0 fl oz
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
- Thyme 10 stalks
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim any excess fat from the chicken drumsticks, if present.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken for half an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, olive oil, thyme, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Then place in a preheated oven at 355°F for twenty-five minutes.

Boil the potatoes and sauté them in butter.

In a blender, combine sesame seeds, yogurt, parsley, the juice of one lemon, two cloves of garlic, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper, then blend until smooth to create a green sauce. Serve the chicken and potatoes with the sauce.
