Ingredients

  • Morels 10 pieces
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
  • Young zucchini 2 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Eggplants 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it together with the onion for about 10 minutes. While the chicken is frying, finely chop the zucchini, eggplants, and mushrooms.

Step 3

Add the zucchini and eggplants to the chicken and simmer covered for about 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste, and simmer on medium heat covered until the vegetables are soft.

Step 4

When the vegetables are cooked, add the herbs and sour cream, and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
