  • Puff Pastry 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 15 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 3 pieces
  • Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Chicken Seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the filling (can be done an hour before cooking or the night before and stored in the refrigerator): cut the chicken fillet into cubes, grate the carrot, chop the onion, and mix everything with spices, salt, pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

Step 2

Roll out the puff pastry (the sheet should be rolled in one direction) to form a long rectangular strip, which is then cut into 8 squares (a total of 16 squares from two sheets of pastry).

Step 3

Place the filling on the pastry and pinch it to form an envelope. Arrange the finished envelopes on a greased skillet or baking sheet and bake in the oven. In about 25–30 minutes, the dish is ready.
