Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Young zucchini 1 piece
- Sweet Corn Sticks 1 piece
- Onion ½ piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Celery salt 1 stalk
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Scallions 3 stalks
- Fish Oil 1 tablespoon
- Rice 5 oz
- Sriracha 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Chinese Five Spice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the thighs, cut the meat off the bone, and chop into pieces.
Step 2
Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3
Peel and finely chop the ginger.
Step 4
Peel the carrot and zucchini, then use a vegetable peeler to make long strips.
Step 5
Pre-cook the corn. Cut the kernels off the cob.
Step 6
Heat the oil in a deep skillet, stirring constantly for one minute, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the ginger and sauté for another minute.
Step 7
Add the chicken, stir-fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the fish sauce and let it evaporate.
Step 8
Add the celery, carrot, zucchini, and corn. Stir-fry constantly for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Add the Five Spice mix and Sriracha, cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 10
Turn off the heat, add soy sauce to taste.
Step 11
Serve with boiled rice, garnished with chopped green onion.
