Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 0 lbs
- Safflower Oil to taste
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Onion ½ piece
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Salt to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet, remove the membrane, and cut into pieces about 2 cm.
Step 2
Cut the bell pepper into cubes (I used half, but you can use a whole one). Finely chop the onion and 1 tomato.
Step 3
Take 2 frying pans. In the larger one, pour a little oil, add the chicken, season with salt, and start frying. In the other pan, begin to sauté the chopped vegetables.
Step 4
As soon as the vegetables are sautéed, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, mix well. I also added Khmeli-Suneli spices. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 5
Next, add the cooked vegetables to the chicken, pour in a little boiled water, mix, and cover with a lid. Cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
