
Chicken with Vegetables and Mushrooms Stewed in Cream

Description
Boiled rice or buckwheat makes a great side dish.
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 20 oz
- Canned Truffles 2 cans
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Cream 15 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Basil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat a deep skillet. Lightly sauté the chicken breast in olive oil. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings and add it to the frying chicken.
Step 4
After about 5 minutes, add the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper to the skillet.
Step 5
Another 5 minutes later, pour the cream into the skillet, add the mushrooms, and season with basil.
Step 6
Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for about 10–15 minutes on low heat.
